Our roots
Rails’ roots go back to 1999, when Mauro Dalmonte founded his mechanical design studio, which became a benchmark for the design of automatic packaging machines and end‑of‑line systems.
In 2007 his son Simone joined the company, bringing a fresh vision that, in 2012, paved the way for a pivotal specialization: industrial conveyors. From there, we expanded toward innovative, efficient conveying solutions increasingly demanded by the market.

of innovations
With 25 years of experience, the focus on innovation and efficiency continues
2020 marked the official launch of the Rails brand, with the goal of producing high‑quality industrial conveyors and peripheral machines tailored for corrugated board, food packaging and beyond.
In 2021 the project took shape with the foundation of Dgroup and the entry of Enrico Dalmonte, who brought specific expertise in production and assembly, making the organization complete and competitive on an industrial scale.
Today, as ever, the Dalmonte family combines experience, innovation and customer focus to deliver practical, cutting‑edge solutions in industrial conveying.
What lies ahead?
ISO9001
ISO 9001 certification as recognition of our advanced quality standards.
A Green Future
Innovation meets sustainability with the SineWaste method. We will develop low‑impact conveying systems, reducing energy consumption and encouraging the use of recyclable materials—for more responsible, competitive production.
Custom solutions for industrial conveying
We design, assemble and commission conveying systems and automated machinery, supporting the customer at every stage of the process.
A sustainable, efficient approach
We coined and registered a term that encapsulates our philosophy: optimizing fabrication while using resources responsibly.
